St. Charles operates a Breakfast Club every morning through our links with Play and Learn Scheme (PALS). The Breakfast Club runs from 7:30am until school starts at 8:55am. The club takes place in the school hall and is operated by Mrs Slater, Mrs Spencer and Mrs Harling. Entrance to Breakfast Club is through the gate onto the infant yard on St. Charles' Rd until 8:30am. After that, children are to enter through the main entrance on Knowles Street. NB. Children entering after 8:30am are not guaranteed breakfast.
During Breakfast Club, children have access to a range of different activities from sitting down reading or colouring to taking part in more physical activities if they wish as we are often visited by sports coaches during Breakfast Club. Healthy Breakfasts are available to all children every morning.
The cost of Breakfast Club is £4.00 from 7:30am, £2 from 8:00am or £1.00 from 8:30am. Bookings are to be made through the website (https://pals.schoolipal.co.uk) and queries emailed directly to PALS ([email protected]).
